How many employees can you support at any given time?
We are able to offer outplacement support both to an individual and to groups ranging of 250+ people.
How do we know if the outplacement support has worked?
Your Outplacement project manager keeps you regularly up to date with employees progress during their experience and their outcomes.
Is it easy to set up Outplacement support?
Yes. We have a secure, simple process for you to refer employees, whether it’s for one individual or a large scale staff restructure.
Can you provide your services on- site like Courses and Workshops?
Yes we can. We can offer on site delivery of half or full day workshops on key areas like CV preparation, interview skills, job searching as well as one to one support. We are delivering these services remotely currently due to the current pandemic.
Do you provide unlimited coaching?
Yes we do. Your employee will be able to have regular access to and receive support from their dedicated consultant. We use a flexible appointment system during standard working hours throughout their outplacement experience.
Would my employee have a dedicated consultant for their Outplacement?
Yes, most definitely. It is important for your employee to receive support from the same consultant during their outplacement programme. They will find out the needs of each employee, supporting and guiding them through their return to the workplace.
What is Outplacement?
Outplacement is a support service to assist employees transition to new jobs. It gives former employees structure and guidance looking at new career options. Morale of remaining staff is improved when they see colleagues being well supported as they leave.
How will my CV look once it’s completed?
We have six designs that you are able to choose from. If your CV writer doesn’t think it suitable for your profession/industry they will advise you during your consultation. We do not work from templates. Your CV is written specifically for you.
Will it be possible to edit my documents in the future?
Absolutely! We understand more than anyone the importance of keeping your CV up-to-date. When your consultation and CV writing is complete we send the CV document in PDF and Microsoft Word 2019 formats which you can edit anytime.
I haven’t received confirmation of my order?
Your automatic order confirmation is sent when we receive your order. Occasionally it will go into your spam or junk folder. Please check there to start with. The customer support team will be able to help you with if there is an error with the email address.
What’s involved in the telephone consultation?
Your consultation will be an informal conversation. We need to understand your background, your needs and requirements, as well as your skill set and achievements. Your CV writer will send you a list of information to think about prior to the call.

Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally we will run promotions on our CV package services. If we have any promotions, these will be displayed on the website. The website prices are final and not negotiable.

How long will it take to get my new CV?
When you have completed your purchase you will be assigned a CV writer by close of business the following day. We will ask you to book an appointment for your consultation call. When your CV writer has all the information they need, you can expect your first drafts within 2 business days.
Who will be my consultant and can I speak to them directly?
Of course. We have a team of professional CV writers most of whom are from the recruitment industry. All our CV writers are UK based and are contactable Monday – Friday.
Can I have revisions of my CV?
Yes! Your professional CV needs to meet all your expectations and requirements. If you feel that your new CV isn’t what you need, you can send it for an unlimited number of revisions. You will receive your CV revisions by close of business, the following business day providing they have had the opportunity to clarify any extra information with you.
